This allows mail methods to add attributes to the mail tab, and use this
 feature to add COS choice as a separate SelectAttribute.
The COS list is dynamically asked to Zimbra and thus the listing of
 domains and COS in Zimbra service is not needed anymore.
This assure that changing COS does not delete and recreate the account.
