make a zimbra mail plugin

Hello,

We need to create a zimbra mail method for zimbra 8.8

It needs to be able of

• Create account
• Create group
• Edit mailbox, set password, quota and alternatives adresses
• Delete account
• Delete group

All the delete action should have a flag in the configuration to prevent it like we done for cyrus

It's very similar of the partage plugin except we are really using the zimbra soap api and not the rest api made by renater

Current plan is to inherit zimbra method in renater method, to avoid duplicating code. This means a bit of modification on data input/output of the API, but SOAP is not returning data in a pleasant way anyway so we have to adapt it in all cases.

Because of how soap client works in PHP I have to declare classes to represent each request/response that we want to use. I will most likely put all those small classes in a single file, under a specific namespace.

I tested connection, getting an account information and creating an account and it works.

We have to store login/password since there is no API key system in Zimbra (contrary to renater partage).

It seems to work for accounts. (not groups). Quota is broken because of #6057 (comment 101700)

In the end zimbra and renater-partage are not inheriting each other, too many small differences.
