Updates for dashboard - version 0.3

Adding some features to create dynamically tasks
dashboard. Allowing tasks mail to create granular objects.

Changes the location of dir and files for tasks, matching
fusiondirectory structure

Adds proper human readable schedule while keeping the attribute
format untouched for further processing.

Adds columns management in order to have proper
status report as well as type.

Removes tasks column class as not required to retrieve
proper attributes values information. For now.

Each cells of tasks management report informations.
Not proper ones yet, but it is a start.

Methods from Task Management have been wiped in order
to rework on clean ground.

Adds management required columns, back processing still has to be
developped

Simple commit of the management and two sub class creation.

This file was crowded

issue #6083

Column attributes are now always considered multivalued and returned
 value is always an array of values, which may be empty.
Code has been adapted to support this.
This means plugins will not need to specify '*' anymore for
 multivaluated attributes.
