Copy/Paste should be fixed

Copy/Paste should be re-done, it should not use the copy dialog crap anymore.

It's still not working but there's already a lot of code so here's a first patch. It might break a few things.

There is now a postCopyHook, and all copyDialog code have been removed. Copy/paste should be working for simple things (meaning things that depends of the LDAP object, and not on its subtree)

I'm now using a different system for copying : I open the object with the old DN and then I reset its dn and saved_attributes. It seems to work for users, but posixAccount displays a warning about duplicated uidNumber, I guess I'll have to add a specific check for this in its postCopyHook

yes for posixAccount you need to generate a new uidNumber and verifiy is not already used
