Import groups using csv

Currently, (in v1.0.19), we can't import groups using *.csv files : A template is required, but there's no way to create it in the groups section.

Which kind of groups would you like to import, POSIX ones or object ones? (or roles?) Would that need to include importing members? I did a few tests activating templates for groups but it does not work out of the box a few adaptations will be needed, and for import we don’t have a good way of importing multivaluated fields like group members so I’m not sure how to handle this.

I activated the feature in 1.2 branch. It’s still beta and probably won’t be perfect. The value separator is "|" and cannot be configured for this first version.
