Multivalue support in CSV import is broken

The feature has been broken at some point and SetAttributes does not appear as such anymore in CSV import.

I just tested to create a user with a value from CSV in title (multivalued). It's working but I not see a way to make a user with multiple values in title

@jswaelens You should be able to import several values by using | to separate the values in the field.

You should also be able to add two columns of the csv as values for a same multivaluated attribute. Or 1 column and 1 fixed value for instance.

Tested on demo-dev I can import a csv with values in a multivaluted (title).

Same if I mix multiple columns and fixed value
