Fixes an error where tasks cn where not seen and subtasks cn yes.

Tasks management is now properly placed within its own configuration
folder. Matching the GUI and new FD structural logic.

Restructuration of source dir in order to match future

Column attributes are now always considered multivalued and returned
 value is always an array of values, which may be empty.
Code has been adapted to support this.
This means plugins will not need to specify '*' anymore for
 multivaluated attributes.
