Add modelisation of life cycle tasks + related schema updates

Adds a proper icons for pluginManager.

Adds proper icons size for tasks, mailTemplate and
taskDashboard.

Adds proper icons to tasks task-dashboard and mail.

Also made sure template and archive are at the end since they are
 special cases.
