add template support to the alias plugin

Actual behavior

currently we cannot import data with a csv file into the alias plugin

Expected behavior

be able to use the type :

• Temporary mail distribution
• Temporary mail redirection

in ldapmanager / import csv

Benefits

better integration with csv import
