1. Install sinaps
2. go to sinaps tabs
3. see the empty space

Expected behavior:

Have at least some text like "This tab is used to synchronise user with sinaps"

Actual behavior:

nothing is show

This was not done at first waiting to see if we found a way to hide the tab.

We should indeed add some explanation in the tab.
