ACL handling for start/stop/restart service is broken

Description

Only DHCP service still list these ACLs, and it does not list its own ACL so it’s broken in an other way. simpleService should take care of adding these ACLs when showActions is TRUE on a subclass.

Hello, I just tested it on demo-dev and when I try to refresh the actions or argonaut-server I have the followings errors (argonaut-server and argonaut-client are up on the server).

It was because there was no mac address, PHP errors should be gone and a clear error message should be displayed in this case now.
