Enable mail tab for entries having mail attribute

Description

When using mail plugin, the mail tab is enabled only if gosaMailAccount is present in objectClass.

Expected behavior:

I think we should have the mail tab enabled if mail is present in user entry. You could add gosaMailAccount only if some attributes requiring this class are set.

Actual behavior:

This is strange for entries having already a value in mail attribute, as this value magically appears if you enabled the tab. But the problem is when you disable the tab, the mail value is removed.

With the MR the tab will get activated if mail field is present (and thus gosaMailAccount objectClass will be added upon saving the user). If the tab is removed the mail will be removed as it should.
