tab community on the user

Hello,

in the context of the community plugin we need a tab on the user separated in two sections :

First section : Community Level

a selection box in the form of SetAttribute with a list a fdMembershipType attributes from the communit-fd.schema

Second section : Project ownership

two selection box in the form of SetAttribute :

The first should list all the project where the user is a manager (we use the departement for this)

The second should list all the project where the user is a member (we use the department for this)

Thirth section : Newsletter

a selection box in the form of SetAttribute with a list a fdCommunityNewsletter attributes from the community-fd-conf.schema

second section is the groupes and roles tabs

third section is the newsletter plugin

yes the comment should be removed.

By default i prefer to have the activating / desaction button everywhere to be compliant on all the software
