:tractor: feat(config) Reorder configuration tabs 

New priorities:
* Configuration     : 0    -> 0
* Plugins           : 20   -> 2
* POSIX             : 2    -> 4
* Mail              : 3    -> 6
* Samba             : 2    -> 8
* SupAnn            : None -> 10
* SINAPS            : None -> 12
* Password recovery : None -> 14
* User reminder     : None -> 16
* Invitations       : None -> 18
* Systems           : None -> 20
* FAI configuration : None -> 22

Also renamed tabs to be only one word to avoid long tab names
