Adds custom filterting menu, fixes some reported issues.

Editing and saving mail template is now fully operational

Retrieval and saving of template mail functionnal.
Filtering and Creation menu requires correction.

LDAP
The list of attributes are well defined within the proper CN of
TemplateMail. Next steps is retrieval of the information and listing of
templates.

Saving method almost ready, still borken for now.
Do not save mail template with this commit.

Add basic menu integration within FD Configuration and basic Mail
Template structure
