[Orchestrator] - Allows to unscheduled a specific main task - as well as the cancellation (new status) of related sub tasks

The concept is to trigger a CLI via the orchestrator-client allowing to point towards a main task. Removing the cyclic status and schedule as well as removing the non completed related subtasks with a new status "cancelled"

This will be an new option within the client, a potential modification on the endpoints.
