[Tasks] - Allows the option --tasks to return more information when executing the orchestrator-client

[Tasks] - Allows the option --tasks to return more information when executing the orchestrator-client

The goal is to have a complete view on the state of available tasks, date of execution, last execution dates, potential sub-tasks to still be treated.
