Documentation for migration from 1.31 to 1.4 missing migrating mail-fd-conf.schema

Hi FusionDirectory Team,

For the documentation for migrating from 1.31 to 1.4, in the section "if you are using the mail plugin you have to update is schema", it misses this command:

fusiondirectory-schema-manager --replace-schema /etc/ldap/schema/fusiondirectory/mail-fd-conf.schema

I found this out when I was trying to upgrade both the mail and the cyrus plugins. If the I do not upgrade the mail-fd-conf.schema after upgrading cyrus-fd.schema, restarting slapd will raises an error: AttributeType not found: "fdCyrusUseSlashes", which is defined in the new mail-fd-conf.schema.
