Documentation for postfixSenderRestrictions and postfixRecipientRestrictions

Hello, Is there any documentation / example about how to use the postfixSenderRestrictions and postfixRecipientRestrictions with Postfix? I spend hours searching in the web about how to use / implement this Restrictions without success.

If anyone knows how to do this, please post a Postfix config example.
