Documentation for version 1.3 and 1.4 mention Debian Stretch repositories

Both:

• https://fusiondirectory-user-manual.readthedocs.io/en/1.3/repositories/debian.html
• https://fusiondirectory-user-manual.readthedocs.io/en/1.4/repositories/debian.html

are referring to Debian Stretch (9) whereas https://www.fusiondirectory.org/en/certified-distributions/ mention that:

• FusionDirectory also supports Debian Buster (10)
• FusionDirectory does not support Debian Stretch (9) but supports Debian Buster (10) and Debian Bullseye (11)
