update the supann plugin documentation

we need to update the documentation :

actual functionalities

• we should split entity and etablishment on a structure page
• we should split user on a user page
• we should split Supann status on a Supann status page

new functionalities

• SupAnn RDN : branch in which SupAnn structures will be stored (required)
• SupAnn mail for recovery : allow the use of mail addresses from the personal mail address field

you also need to remove trace of a bad git conflict
