Write documentation for new ACL for snapshots

Related to https://gitlab.fusiondirectory.org/fusiondirectory/fd/issues/5743

We need a documentation about the ACLs that we now have on snapshots.

We need to warn the users to about the case described at https://gitlab.fusiondirectory.org/fusiondirectory/fd/issues/5743#note_42760
