[Tools] - Adapt applications to use the new integrator logic and libraries

As a rewrite is currently being done to integrator, our tools have to follow the new logic. Some new classes must be instantiated.

Logic is evolving, and a design document will be available in documentations. This MR cannot be merged prior to its relevant integrator MR. (see link below).
