[FD-Tools] - The install plugins propose the installation of multiple plugins but take all nevertheless of the options

The choice seen during plugin-installation is not respected.
Also at the end of the installation, a little message would be interesting indicating to update-cache.

Note : insert-schema only take a value available within /etc/ldap/schema/fusiondirectory.
It should be allowd to take any file in the current directory properly.
Such as the --replace-schema (fixed previously with same symptoms).
