[Tools] - Move the related bin and libraries to proper folders

The packaging will be implemented like this :

/usr/sbin pour les binaires.
/usr/share/php/FusionDirectory/Tools pour les librairies.

Therefore, bin will be put within the bin directory and libraries within FusionDirectory/Tools.
