[Orchestrator] - LifeCycle and Reminders or any tasks using the webservice fails when config is using http and https is being forced within FD

Orchestrator will return a 404 or 500 without much more explanation.

The idea is to verify when such a webservice call happen that the configuration and FD are aligned for webservice call.

  • HTTPS in config and FD
  • HTTP in config and FD is not enforcing encryption.
