[Integrator] - Mail - Adds conditions to mail security and authentication

We have a new option in the environment file of orchestrator, and we have to create the conditions allowing the new environment variable to be taken into consideration.

We will now allow non-authenticated connection with a mail relay as well as allowing self sign certificate.
