accept-to-gettext should be re-wrote, it's kind of buggy and unefficient.

Done. New version is way prettier in my opinion.

Note : There is a small difference between before and now, old code analyzing "*;q=0.7, en;q=0.5" for instance would give 0.5 quality score to en while new one gives 0.7 score for every-one. I'm not sure if this is a big deal or not. It can be fixed if somebody thinks so. (it will behave the same if there is "en;q=0.6, en_US;q=0.4", en-us will get 0.6 score with new code instead of 0.4 for old one) I did not see anything about this in the RFC, but I did not read it all…
