change color banner and go_logo

Hello,

to be in line with the web site and the kakemono, I propose to change the color of the software banner from blue to green :

#bbcc99

and also to replace the black logo with a white logo like the attached one's

(from redmine: issue id 866, created on 2012-05-07, closed on 2012-05-16)
