[Core] - Task - main menu allows periodicity of a cyclic setting - one element is empty

One element of the dropdown menu allowing to choose the periodicity of the cyclic task is empty.
Is that element allowing the task to be repeated as often as the CRON setting permits? Or is it simply not considered.

It would be interesting to have an option to have a cyclic task without any limitation of time.
Basically, rendering the "lastExec" attributes obsolete.

This would make CRON the sole responsible for the periodicity of the activation of the task.
