[Audit] - Account locked is not logged within audit upon clicking on the lock icon

When security is part of the logging items requiring logging, the locking of an account (although manual here), should be logged correctly.

This is an issue within the lock method of userManagement within core. There is a log debugging but no log is triggered for locking / unlocking an account.
