[PluginManager] objectType is of tasks and should be changed to its own type

Plugin manager class – object type is of type "tasks" and should be changed to its own type.

It is been set to avoid error during migration and suppression of related dashboards components for 1.4 release.

Because of the object type being set to something else than the previous dashboard, there is now a button edit, which should not be present.

Due to that, there is also a DN being defined on top of the page.
