CAS library 1.6 need a new parameter

The cas 1.6 library need a new parameter

• we need to add an option in the configuration backend of fusiondirectory to add this option
• we need to test if adding this option break older libraries check in buster vs bullseye

The quick fix has been reported by the customer

The idea to resolve this would be to create two new attributes :

1. Store a boolean case that would activate the 2nd attribute below
2. Attribute which store the value for : client_service_name

Base on the first boolean attribute, the call to the method for CAS will be with the 5th attribute. (case of library in CentOS. (CAS 1.6)). If the case is not checked in the backend configuration, a normal call to the method will be executed. (case for < CAS 1.6)
