[Core] - Remove fusiondirectory-insert-schema written in Perl from the branch.

[Core] - Remove fusiondirectory-insert-schema written in Perl from the branch.

Actual behavior

The existing insert-schema within core is the old script written in Perl. A new script written in PHP exists within Tools.

Expected behavior

It is not required anymore to have the Perl version of the script within the current branch.

Step by step description of new behaviour

Suppression of the script.

Benefits

Obsolete script removed.

This MR removes the fusiondirectory-insert-schema as well as the fusiondirectory-setup both written in Perl.
They both have their equivalence written in PHP within the repo fusiondirectory-tools.
