[GitlabCI] - Core updates gitlab-CI - Removes Perl verification tests.

[GitlabCI] - Core updates gitlab-CI - Removes Perl verification tests.

Actual behavior

Some previous tools have been rewritten in PHP. Making the actual gitlab-CI obsolete.

Expected behavior

Step by step description of new behaviour

No tests are required for Perl as no perls scripts are existing. Replacement towards a full PHP base.

Benefits

Removal of obsolete contents. Gitlab-CI smaller.
