[Tasks] - When updating time-interval spam protection, the attribute lastExecTime is reset

Requirements

The attribute value of lastExtTime should not be reset if a value within tasks configuration is changed.

[Tasks] - When updating time-interval spam protection, the attribute lastExecTime is reset

Actual behavior

Whenever you change an attribute value within tasks backend configuration, lastExecTime is reset.

Expected behavior

The last value within the attribute fdLastExecTime should be kept in case of modification.

Step by step description of new behaviour

Go within tasks configuration. Update any values (max batch or time interval).

Benefits

Possible to increase or decrease the current time interval between the last execution.

None

Note : It is actually worse. Any update (not even the tasks tab) reset the lastExec time. This is pretty dangerous.
