Enhancement - Tasks Object - Processing Mail

Requirements

When a mail task is created, there is a need for it to be processed properly. Meaning the retrieval of the different components of the selected mail template as well as the macro defined within text area to be translated.

Once the recipients lists and mail template components processed, it will be stored "flat" within ldap for future processing.

Actual behavior

Nothing exists for processing e-mails defined within mail template.

Expected behavior

It is now possible to process a mail template object and store all required information within LDAP.

Step by step description of new behavior

This is a backend processing triggered when a Task Mail is created.

Benefits

E-mails can now be automatically created and properly store within LDAP for further processing.

Possible Drawbacks

None.
