Template fields do not exactly match php-ldap format

When opening a template, FD creates an array which is supposed to match the format returned by php-ldap methods so that simplePlugin can read it as if it was LDAP data.

But it’s missing numeric indexes and global count entries.

This is causing problem for TaggedAttribute of fd-plugins#6015 (closed)

This cannot be fixed in the current state of the code, too many things depends upon this.

So I think the safe thing is to go the other way: remove numeric indexes and count key from attrs when fetched from LDAP, and adapt code that depends upon it. At least for simplePlugin related code.
