Descriptive title for this enhancement

add an option to pause trigger aka keep the configuration in fusiondirectory but not run it

Actually trigger configured are run each and every time

the idea is to be able to keep all your trigger configured but desactivate/pause some of them so they don't run

currently we have :

tab|mode|command

we could add an active column

tab|mode|active|command

User can keep all there triggers but can temporary desactivate some, for debugging because its not needed right now
