Add an option in fusiondirectory-setup to remove old SupAnn root information
As explained in fd-plugins#6026 (closed) the way we stored the establishment information at root was wrong.
The plugin is fixed but we need an option to remove previously stored information to clean the LDAP tree.

The upgrade instruction for people using SupAnn plugin is the following one:
- Run
fusiondirectory-setup --remove-supann-rootand accept removal of establishment stored under root node. - Open the root establishment in FusionDirectory and check the "Root establishment" checkbox, then save the object.
Notes:
- The order is not important, saving in FusionDirectory and running the removal after also works.
- Only people who marked an establishment as root are concerned. If there is no root establishment, the command is still safe and will do nothing.

@jswaelens To test this, you need to mark a SupAnn establishment as root using FD 1.3-fixes or older. Then you can run the command and check that it detects the node and successfully deletes it.
