LDAP trace level should add DEBUG messages for all LDAP operations

There is an «LDAP» option in the debug trace configuration option. But it only adds some information in specific cases of LDAP operation failure.

It should instead add a DEBUG line for all LDAP operations, allowing to see which LDAP operations FD is triggering, as this is a recurring concern.
