Make the --install-plugins more friendly

Actual behavior

Actually the --install-plugins wait for a tar.gz that contain the plugins to be installed

Expected behavior

Maybe it could be good having a way to install specific plugins from a folder

Benefits

Less hassle when we need to install plugins by source

Tested and it work very good with the number to choice which plugin to install.

I tested to install 2 plugins in one time and it's working.
