we need to reorganize the tabs order in the configuration backend to be more logical

i propose :

• Configuration
• Plugins
• POSIX
• Mail
• Samba
• SupAnn
• SINAPS
• Password recovery
• User reminder
• Invitations
• Systems
• FAI configuration
