Configuration plugins tab should allow sections to be next to each other

Actual behavior

multiPlugin class adds a separation between each "subplugin" so that sections do not end up next to each other.

Expected behavior

For the configuration tabs for plugins with small configurations, this is a problem because most of them only have one section and they all end up on the left of the screen.

Step by step description of new behaviour

Add an option in multiPlugin for this and use it in pluginsConfigInLdap.

Benefits

Shorter page, better looking.

Possible Drawbacks

It may look confused in the end.

My bad, I thought this would be easy by disabling the line $display .= '<p class="plugbottom">&nbsp;</p>'; in multiPlugin, but each plugin rendering is in its own div anyway, so this is hard to do without affecting a lot of code and templates, and is not worth it.
