Hooks should be moved to a config tab

The hooks are an advanced configuration and the configuration first tab is quite crowded. Plus the first tab is shown in the web setup and it’s weird to have hooks setup there.

So I think either we should move them to a «Hooks» tab or maybe some kind of more general «Advanced» tab.
