Use precompiled images for transifex stage base on php-cli stretch
Actual behavior
Actualy we use the debian basic image and install php-cli, gettext on top and i take a long time
Expected behavior
Use an image for php-cli stretch like the other job on only install gettext if neexed on top of it, this will accelerate the start of the test and gain us lots of time
Step by step description of new behaviour
- change fusiondirectory-update-locale
- change update-transifex
- change create_php_code_sniffer_rapport
Benefits
more speed when running the transfixe task, less installation of packages
