Several ImageAttribute on the same page does not work

Description

If a plugin puts several ImageAttribute on the same page they all show the same image instead of having each their own value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Put several ImageAttribute in the same plugin tab
2. Set a value for each
3. Save and open again

Expected behavior:

Two different images

Actual behavior:

Same image is shown for both fields
