Add option to filter on locked users in lists.

Descriptive title for this enhancement

Add option to filter on locked users in lists.

Actual behavior

When browsing users, locked accounts limit how many active accounts can be viewed in the list.

Expected behavior

Having the option to filter (out) locked users from lists of accounts.

Step by step description of new behaviour

  1. Add checkbox "Show locked users" to top right "Filter" box (When looking on users).

Benefits

Shorter lists to allow administrators to focus on active users. Often, you don't want to delete inactive users, or move them to another department (For inactive accounts).

Having this filter, would make user lists much more usable in that scenario where you need to maintain inactive accounts.

Possible Drawbacks

Filter option takes up space in GUI.
