merge the lighttpd from the debian package

Descriptive title for this enhancement

We need to merge the lighttpd from the debian source package

Actual behavior

We have the lighttpd inside the debiasource but they shouldn't be there as they are not part of FusionDirectory itself

Expected behavior

remove the lighttpd from the debian sources

Benefits

no more files in debian that should be in the official sources

Possible Drawbacks

we have to maintain it ourselve
