Support Unicode in FD fields

Description

fdNickName and some other FusionDirectory fields are IA5 while they should support Unicode, as givenName and sn does.

1. Put Unicode in Nickname

Should save it

It fails

Additional Information

For fdNickName case we may even want to make it SUP name? What needs to be looked into is if such schema changes will require data migration or not when upgrading
